Resumen
A nivel mundial, en la actualidad, el sector de la moda es una industria controversial por sus prácticas de producción. Hasta el momento, no se han encontrado bases que orienten al proceso sobre el uso de la tecnología, desde un inicio de la cadena de valor hasta su mercadotecnia. La metodología para esta revisión de literatura fue: 1) Determinación de palabras clave, 2) Búsqueda en las bases de datos, 3) Revisión de títulos y resúmenes para la incorporación, 4) Revisión completa de los artículos seleccionados. Como resultados se presentan los desafíos de su uso y su relación hacia la sustentabilidad.
